Saujana Damansara Resident Association

The committee member had a meeting with the representative from Laman Bayu Sdn Bhd to discuss on the terms and conditions if they were to start the construction in our housing area.

The Resident Association has a strict NO for the construction vehicle to use the housing area road as it will create a lot of problem due to the design of the road which is not suitable for heavy machinery. On top of that, there might be security issue and damages to the house as well as cars that are parked beside the road.

In response to that, Laman Bayu has written to LLM to build an alternative road from the PLUS highway for the usage of the construction vehicle but still awaiting for reply from the authority.

We hope that all residents of Saujana Damansara will be at our back to support the RA in safeguarding your housing estate.

Venue : Play Ground [near Cabin], Saujana Damansara

Our AJK member has managed to get support from Alam Flora by providing us with lorries, tools and crews.

We need your hands

The Resident Association would appreciate the participation of all members and residences to support this program to make Saujana Damansara an even cleaner and more pleasant place to live in hence increasing the property value.  A clean and nice housing area would increase our property value even more. Do invite your neighbors to participate in this event if they are not aware of it. It is time to have fun with your neighbors, friends and members.

Persatuan Penduduk Saujana Damansara dan seluruh penduduk di sini mahukan pintu masuk A dan B dipalangkan dan akan menyoal kenderaan besar yang akan masuk atas sebab di bawah:

1. Laman Bayu Sdn Bhd, akan memulakan kerja-kerja pembinaan yang bermula esok [Isnin, 23 Mei 2011]. Mesin-mesin besar dan lori-lori akan cuba masuk ke kawasan kita yang akan menyebabkan:

a. Kerosakan jalan
b. Pencemaran udara
c. Gangguan terus kepada penduduk yang tinggal berhampiran sangat dengan kawasan binaan
d. Bunyi bising
e. Kerosakan denai-denai tempat berjoging
f. Keselamatan Kanak-kanak dan orang ramai

Penyelesaiannya, kemi telah mengarahkan Laman Bayu Sdn Bhd membuat jalan alternatif mereka sendiri. Jangan gunakan jalan dan infrastruktur kita.

Kami harap semua masyarakat faham dan sokong usaha yang baik ini untuk kebaikan semua.

PERSATUAN PENDUDUK SAUJANA DAMANSARA

Resident Association of Saujana Damansara and all the residents decided to temporarily “palang” and filter the vehicles and traffic at the gate A & B due to the reasons below:-

1. Laman Bayu Sdn Bhd, will start the construction works tomorrow [Monday, 23rd May 2011]. Heavy machines and construction lorries will try to enter this residents causing:

a. Road damages
b. Air pollution
c. Disturbance to immediate residents to the construction area
d. Noises
e. Roadside walkway apron damages
f. Children and Public Safety

We hope the residents/passerby understand our situation to mitigate peaceful, to protect infrastructure from damages.

As solution Resident Association has instructed the developer to construct their own alternative road to construction area
